    First, I used your shop because I had won a gift basket at a golf tournament that included a beautiful bouquet donated by you, so I ordered a bouquet of flowers on-line for my daughter. I forgot to sign the card, but you helped me fix that! And you also made the effort to let me know you would have to substitute flowers in the bouquet I had selected. I needed a same-day bouquet delivered to my sister, and Pam and her staff did a superb job of crafting the arrangement and getting it to my sister by just past mid-day! Amazing! I will also add that Pam was in constant contact with me about some changes that needed to be made based on flower availability. She was SO professional!     3 Star due to the fact the container was round and not square like in the picture. Square was why I went with design since that is what my wife likes vs circles or other shapes.

    On our website it states substitutions will be possible depending on availability, we also send out emails reiterating this and opening the communications up for any specific must have's. For same day delivery we do have to use what we have in store as there is no time to special order items in. So sorry the round bark container vs the square as an issue.

    After ordering I received a notice that some flowers may not be available but they would do their best. The flowers delivered were pretty but the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. There was no orange at all which is my mother's favorite color and the reason I picked that specific arrangement.

    Unfortunately by the time you'd placed the order on Wednesday we were already sold out of the orange gerbera daisy's featured in that design. I switched to another color of the gerbera's but if I had known that the orange color was the main thing I could have brought that in with a different flower variety. Always feel free to respond to our email with any specifics so we have a better understanding of what you are looking for.

    I was extremely pleased and impressed with every part of this transaction and delivery. The arrangement was gorgeous - a wide variety of flowers in different colors; superior communication and customer service. I was not at home at the time of delivery, so the deliveryman called me to either arrange for a later drop-off time, or to leave the arrangement in a cool, shaded area (it was over 100 degrees). I asked him to leave it - and he called back AGAIN later to make sure that the arrangement was to my liking and said that if I needed any flowers replaced to give him a call. WOW!! Five stars!

A full refund (with the reason for the refund) was initiated on your order immediately so you could try to find a florist more suitable for the delivery location.     I'm happy you were happy! Sometimes I make a call to hold off on making the design IF I have a fresh shipment of flowers coming in that morning (which is what happened in your case). I wanted to make sure I could do a beautiful bouquet close to what you saw with flowers that I knew weren't from the week before. There are times as well that orders come in with time restrictions, unfortunately those must take precedence. I do appreciate the feedback and we always try our best :)

    Your flowers have always been lovely! I ordered a bouquet for my mother and sister for delivery on November 24, and now it's December 9. They said a few of the flowers have faded and been pulled from the vase, but most ("especially the orange ones") are still doing well.     I'm sorry you felt that way. Our web host/credit card processor charges that 5.95 fee to cover their services (convenience fee for ordering on line), which you can always bypass by calling us directly and placing the order. the delivery location was 10 miles routed, 8.00 is standard to cover driver wages and vehicle gas/use.     When I called to confirm the drop off time (found out my recipient was leaving the office after lunch) I talked to a rude woman who told me “we will do our best, I don’t know what to tell you that’s the best I can do”. The flowers ended up getting here in time but it caused some anxiety and I was struck by how rude your employee was on the phone....not impressed.

    I remember this call. I know the lady talking with you on the phone was relaying the fact that the driver was already out on the morning run and there was some concern on if he'd be back in time. I'm glad it did work out that the flowers were there before she left and sorry for the added anxiety. We did not mean to come off as rude. Sometimes it's hard to shift deliveries around once the delivery vehicle has left the shop.

    These are honestly some of the prettiest flowers I have ever received and they have brought me such JOY! What a reflection of the Creator - absolutely beautiful! They have also lasted very well, I only wish that a packet of the preservative had come with them.

As for the packet of floral food, all of the arrangement go out with the appropriate amounts of food already in the water, making it easier for the customers to just keep adding water as the flowers drink. However feel free to stop in anytime and grab a couple of packets to keep on hand (and I can go over a few helpful tips on changing the water out correctly so the flowers last as long as possible).

    The friend that we had the flowers delivered was delighted with the arrangement and thanked us for the flowers and balloon. The Floral Cottage called us after we place our order to make sure that they understood the purpose of the flowers (it was for a get well bouquet) and the balloon. We gave them specific instruction on how to contact our friend which they followed. We would order flowers from them again.

    I sent flowers to my cousin as she recently became a new mom. I had some trepidation in doing this because one never knows what type of quality to anticipate when sending someone flowers who lives across the country and picking a florist just based upon online reviews. The reviews were correct and this place is wonderful! The florist called me to review substitutions and her vision for the arrangement was perfect.     Oh sorry to hear about the rose! It might have gotten an air bubble when we were designing, sometimes you can re-cut the stem and put it directly back into water and it will perk back up. Give us a call if you need further help : ) -- thank you so much for giving the great review!!

    Pam was amazing! I had a fiasco with Teleflora and went directly to The Floral Cottage to fulfill my order. Pam was able to create a similar arrangement, but improved on the design and the flowers/plants chosen. Pam's expertise was amazing, and she was so accommodating.     My arrangement is beautiful. Some of the flowers have broken off already, which I think is premature, but overall it is beautiful. Also, my boyfriend was called and asked about a different vase, and a substitute flower or two. I felt that was a HUGE bonus. To think, on Valentine's Day, a super busy day for floral shops, they Yoon the time to call and advise and see if what they were thinking was ok. So, for that I applaud you!!

    I'm sorry you were not happy. We try our very best to make sure the flowers going to businesses get there before closing, with over 200 deliveries going out with time constrictions it's always my biggest challenge. I had 5 drivers doing their best, next year I'll have 6 and will probably face this same challenge.
